At Mix Bazar, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In its original packaging with all tags intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods
- Personal care and hygiene products (once opened)
- Custom or personalized items
- Sale/discounted items
- Gift cards

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days via the original payment method.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash within 10 business days after return approval.
Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please submit your complaint within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
